We specialize in open-die forging with power hammers and presses, as well as jobs that require manual sledgehammer work. We are also equipped to make jigs and dies for small closed-die forged parts.

One-off orders are welcome!

Capabilities:
-Experience working with carbon, alloy, and tool steels
-50 pound maximum part weight for most forgings
-1000 pound maximum part weight for shaft and longer forgings
-8 inch round maximum starting stock
-Heat treatment available for small parts
-Manual machining (lathes, shapers, milling machine)
-Forge welding
